He was aquitted at this Crown Court hearing under Judge Bernard Lever, but Lever allowed the criminal ASBO to remain in place. Why, if Mr Parnell was aquitted of the ludicroius crime of assault with a sneeze? How can a punishment be enforced on an innocent man? I am disgusted at how the CPS, Greater Manchester Police, the Courts allowed themselves to be abused and possibly hundreds of thousands of pounds of taxpayers money to be wasted and valuable police man hours to be wasted in pursuit of a vicious vendetta by grubby little councillors and senior council officers at Stockport. Justice stinks. The lives of not only gentle, innocent, peaceful Mr Parnell were destroyed, but also of his lovely family. Shame on all involved with this case!

But the CPS official at the cases I attended did all he could to have Mr Parnell sent to prison, despite the fact that he had never committed any crime and despite the fact that he was a seriously sick man. After one hearing he was sent back to Forest Bank Prison but released within days on grounds of ill health. Again, I emphasise at no time had Mr Parnell committed any crime whatsoever, so why was the nasty CPS official so intent on having him imprisoned? The case is so bizarre and dark, I suspect Masonic score settling – upset one Mason and the rest of them punish you? I don’t know if that is the case; I would welcome any other suggestions as to what on earth was going on here.

Regarding the matter of officials discussing cases openly, whilst in court I was appalled to hear several lawyers openly discussing the people on trial in derogatory terms and laughing about them. There is a general attitude of superiority and contempt, in my experience.

Further to your e-mail of the 28th September 2009, sent at 19.22, and as covered in earlier e-mails, the Magistrates’ Court imposed the criminal anti-social behaviour order not that the Crown Prosecution Service. The legality of such an order is to be considered at the appeal hearing.

My lawyers and caseworkers are informed that they must not discuss cases openly in court in the presence of members of the public.

At the 3 day, £10,000 per day Crown Court appeal, the original CCTV was shown, it did cover the scene of the incident, there was no sneeze, the Council security guards perjured themselves in court and Mr Parnell was aquitted, although the CPS continued to allow him to be punished for a crime of which he had been acquitted.

“No man is punishable or can be lawfully made to suffer in body or goods except from a distinct breach of the law established by ordinary courts of the land.” A V Dicey

Greater Manchester CPS should hang their heads in shame and take a forensic look at how they operate, wasting possibly hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ pounds in pursuing a vicious vendetta against a completely innocent man, as the Police now admit, on behalf of very grubby local politicians and senior council officers who had a legal duty to assist this man.

Further to your e-mail of 28th September 2009, I note the contents. The original CCTV did not cover the scene of the incident. Mr Parnell was convicted after the Court heard evidence from the witnesses involved in this incident.

She knew, as the Police did, that he was completely innocent. One cursory look at the case papers would have told her that. Arrested for trying to leave a council meeting early and suchlike! Arrested three times for trying to get his name, address and signature down from the Council’s website long after the Council had been informed that it was committing a Data Protection offence! Come on, Ms Hramiak, why didn’t you investigate what was going on properly? You would have saved the Parnell family much misery. Mr Parnell was aquitted of the ludicrous assault with a sneeze charges after council employees perjured themselves in court and were found out. Why on earth did the persecution continue year after year after this aquittal?

“Further to your e-mail of the 29th September 2009 the subject of the legality of the ASBO and the evidence which was put before the Court, which led to Mr Parnell’s conviction, will be considered by the Crown Court as part of Mr Parnell’s appeal.

The Crown Prosecution Service continually review cases against all defendants to ensure that the evidential tests and public interest tests are met. At this stage it is our intention to proceed on the assault charges.

We need to know why the CPS viciously pursued an innocent, sick man. Were there Masonic links to corrupt councillors and council officers?

“I have passed your correspondence to Mr John Holt, the Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS Greater Manchester. He will arrange for a reply to be sent to you.” 14th September 2009

Mr John Holt allowed corrupt local politicians and senior council officers to continue to harrass Mr Parnell until his untimely death at 58. Mr Parnell was, as is admitted by GM Police now, completely innocent, so why the hundreds of custodies, dozens of arrests, 2 years 8am to 8pm house arrest and repeated incarcerations in Forest Bank Prison? Is Mr John Hall a fit person to hold public office? I merely ask.

Dear Police and Crime Commissioner

I shall cc this to a Daily Mirror journalist with an interest in the appalling job being done by Fahy in Manchester.

I wish to make an official complaint about Russell Bernstein and his refusal to look into the appalling case of Mr Parnell RIP in which an innocent protester was hounded year after year and thousands of police man hours and presumably hundreds of thousands of pounds of public money were wasted on something that Stockport Council had a legal obligation to sort out themselves.

I note Russell Bernstein and one of the main culprits Dave Goddard in this case follow each other on Twitter. Mr Bernstein should have asked somebody else to look into this – someone impartial.

I would now like to you again look into the appalling case of Mr Parnell RIP and examine the police documents being held by Christine Abdy (she won’t disclose them to me for fear of bringing the police into disrepute but she should disclose them to the Police & Crime Commissioner). You will find hundreds of illegally filled out police documents (incorrectly spelled, often no mention of the legislation under which he was being arrested etc) used to persecute an innocent man on behalf of corrupt local policians.

I look forward to your prompt action in this matter.
